Refund Policy

Any and all opened Goods are not eligible for refund or return.

Items marked *Final Sale* are not eligible for refund or exchange.

All returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging. Returned items that are damaged or used will only be accepted for refund or exchange at the sole discretion of Mitcount.

Timeframes: Please note that shipping dates, delivery dates, and processing time for returns and refunds are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy, and that you are NOT entitled to any other recourse and waive all rights to returns outside of the dates specified herein.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and a processing fee may be applied. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment unless otherwise arranged.

Refund Processing Terms & Conditions: Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. This will happen within 10 business days.

Damage During Shipping

Customer satisfaction is important to us. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our hands to you. Notwithstanding our efforts, no delivery of product can be perfect.

For that reason, please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72hrs, and failure to make your claim in a timely fashion will waive any claims for returns or that the product is damaged or defective.

Please contact us and provide detailed information about any product damaged during shipping within that timeframe.
